This highly technical device is designed to help you do three things:
- Decide that spending quality time with your Inner Soul Self is a groovy thing.
- Alert any rabble rousers that you are spending quality time with your Inner Soul Self.
- Spend quality time with your Inner Soul Self.
A few magical tips:
- Your Inner Soul Self is accessed in many ways. Meditation is suggested here though I’ve also called it journaling, napping, escaping, staring out the window, and navel contemplation. You might call it something else entirely.
- “Rabble Rousers” can be housemates, but they can also be neighbors, texts, emails, and the many thoughts that travel within your mind. Using the MMBA is a reminder that you are inwardly focused for the moment – maybe even five moments.
- Developing a practice that works with your natural flow is much more effective than being force-fit into someone else’s shoebox. Take the Goldilocks approach – after a bit of exploring and testing, you’ll know when a method (or portion of it) is too hot, too cold, or just right. It’s what I did.
- Intuition is a guiding force within your creative nature – let this be your muse.
Why You Are Intuitive
Whether you are drenched in curious happenings or experience only a mere smidge of a nudge, you must first accept that you’ve got it in order to develop your intuition.
